This article introduces the networks currently supported by MyDex, the common risks of choosing the wrong network, and how to reduce the risk of asset loss during actions such as receiving and sending tokens.
1. MyDex Supported Networks
Within the MyDex account system, the addresses generated by Privy support the following networks:

➤ Optimism

2. Common Risks
2.1 Receiving Tokens Through the Wrong Network
If you initiate a transfer from an external wallet or another platform to MyDex, but the sending network does not match a network supported by MyDex for receiving tokens, the assets may not be credited successfully.
2.2 Sending Tokens Through the Wrong Network
If you send tokens from MyDex to an external wallet or another platform, but the sending network does not match the receiving network supported by the destination platform, the assets may not be credited successfully. If the recipient is a centralized exchange (CEX), you may contact their support to ask whether recovery assistance is available.
3. Notes
3.1 The Same Asset Name Does Not Mean the Same Network
The same token may exist on multiple networks. When performing token operations, do not look only at the token name. Always verify the network as well.
3.2 EVM-Compatible Networks Are Still Separate Networks
Although Ethereum, BNB Chain, Optimism, Arbitrum One, and Base are all popular EVM-compatible networks, they are still separate networks. Even if wallet addresses appear similar, they should not be treated as interchangeable.
3.3 Supported Networks May Be Updated
As MyDex continues to update, the supported networks, available features, and supported assets may change. Please refer to the MyDex App and official announcements for the latest details.
